Denim Diary #1

Guys, I know they have been around forever but denim skirts have and will always been one of my favorite pieces of clothing to own. They are great because they can be dressed up for more semi upscale occasions (not upscale, of course) and they can be dressed in a more casual style for a weekend brunch or a day at work.

For part one of my denim diary, I wanted to talk about one way I love to dress my denim skirts, in a more casual style. 

When dressing my outfit more casually, I love to pair my denim skirts with some white sneakers as I did here with my Converse. This skirt worked especially great with my white sneakers as the stripes on the skirt and my shoes matched perfectly. When dressing my denim skirts in a casual style, I also love to tuck a long sleeve white tee into my skirt. But any simple shirt will look nice and help the skirt be the star of the outfit. 

This is just one way I like to style my denim skirts, but there are so many different ways to and I am ready for the challenge of trying them all!
